Enter
An AI operating system for corporate legal departments and litigation workflows.
The Company
Enter develops AI software for in-house legal teams, focused on civil and labour litigation. Its EnterOS product supports legal workflows while keeping legal strategy with the client teams and the law firms that represent them.
In May 2026, the company announced a Series B of more than $100 million at a $1.2 billion valuation, led by Founders Fund. Enter said that its revenue had grown more than tenfold over the prior year and that EnterOS was handling more than 300,000 lawsuits annually; those operating figures are company-reported.
Why It Matters
Enter is a leading example of AI adoption in a regulated, high-stakes enterprise workflow outside the U.S. The important proof points are customer retention, accuracy and expansion into new legal systems, not just its unicorn headline.
