Serval
An AI-native automation and service-management platform for enterprise operations.
The Company
Serval is building an AI-native system of record for IT teams and the operational functions they support. The platform aims to automate work end to end through a natural-language interface rather than through traditional workflow configuration alone.
In December 2025, Serval announced a $75 million Series B led by Sequoia at a $1 billion valuation. The company said the financing brought total capital raised to $127 million since August.
Why It Matters
Serval is a direct test of whether AI can become the operating layer for internal enterprise work, not merely an assistive feature. Its traction matters to the broader service-management and automation software market.
